Leap Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1.Sponsor
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Leap Health MSO, LLC, with a principal place of business at 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 2nd Floor, New York, New York 10020 (“Sponsor”). A copy of these Official Rules is available free of charge by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Leap Health Sweepstakes Rules Request, 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10020.
2.Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Florida, and Rhode Island, who are not eligible to participate) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, and who, at the time of entry, work in a human resources, benefits, or similar employer benefit-leadership capacity. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3.Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2026 and ends on November 17, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4.How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE WILL IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Method 1: Conference Registration Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, register for the Conference Board's 2027 Employee Health Care Conference in New York, NY or San Diego, CA using Sponsor's complimentary registration code provided via invitation email. Completing registration with the code constitutes one (1) entry.
- Method 2: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). Handprint your full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and mailing address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Leap TCB Sweepstakes, 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10020. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by November 17, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per stamped envelope.
All methods of entry have equal dignity. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries received from residents of Florida, or Rhode Island will be disqualified.
5.Winner Selection and Odds
On or about November 17, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Leap.
6.Prize
One (1) prize: a $250 donation, made by Sponsor in the winner's name, to a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) patient-advocacy organization in good standing selected by the winner and approved by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. If the winner's selected organization is not approved, the winner may select another; if the winner does not select an approved organization within 10 days of notification, Sponsor will make the donation to a qualifying organization of Sponsor's choosing. Approximate retail value: $250. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The donation will be made by Sponsor directly to the selected organization in the winner's name. The donation is made by Sponsor, not by the winner; the winner receives no cash, cash equivalent, or tax deduction in connection with the donation. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7.Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within two (2) calendar days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner must execute and return within ten (10) calendar days: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability; and (b) where legally permissible, a Publicity Release granting Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, likeness, city, and state of residence, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any and all media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Publicity Release applies solely to Sponsor's use of the winner's information in connection with this Sweepstakes and does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor (see Marketing Consent, below).
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
8.Privacy and Data Collection
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor will collect personal information (full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and mailing address) for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize. This information will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.leaphealth.com/privacy-policy, and applicable law. Information provided through Method 1 will also be collected separately by The Conference Board, subject to its own privacy policy. Entrants are not required to opt in to marketing communications as a condition of entry.
9.Marketing Consent
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor and does not constitute a publicity release. If Sponsor wishes to send marketing emails, text messages, or other communications to entrants, it will obtain separate, affirmative opt-in consent at the time of entry, clearly distinguishable from the Sweepstakes entry itself. Any such communications will comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
10.Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize; or (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, stolen, or undelivered entries; (ii) any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize.
11.Right to Cancel or Modify
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, bug, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
12.No Influence on Business Relationship
Entry into, and the outcome of, this Sweepstakes has no bearing on, and will not influence, any current or future business relationship, proposal, or contract discussion between an entrant's employer and Sponsor. Eligibility to enter and win is identical for every eligible entrant regardless of whether the entrant's organization is a current client, a prospective client, or has no business relationship with Sponsor.
13.Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
