Leap Joins the Castlight Ecosystem to Simplify Infusion Care

Image

We’re excited to announce that Leap has joined the Castlight ecosystem—expanding the tools available to TPAs and employers working to manage one of the most complex and costly areas of a self-funded health plan: infusion therapy.

Infusion services impact a relatively small percentage of employees, yet they consistently rank among the highest—and least predictable—drivers of total plan spend. For TPAs and benefits leaders, this often means volatile claims, opaque markups across sites of care, and limited visibility into true net costs. At the same time, employees managing chronic or complex conditions face inconsistent access, logistical hurdles, and unnecessary disruption to their work and personal lives.

Our partnership with Castlight is designed to address these challenges at their root.

Transparent pricing that eliminates hidden margins

Leap’s pass-through pricing model provides full visibility into infusion costs. Rather than navigating variable facility fees or opaque buy-and-bill markups, TPAs, consultants, and employers gain clear line-of-sight into exactly what the plan is paying. The result is cleaner reporting, more accurate forecasting, and a trusted baseline for managing spend.

Predictable, lower net spend across sites of care

By aligning pricing to employer needs—not facility economics—Leap enables plans to guide members to the most clinically appropriate and cost-effective settings. This reduces unnecessary facility charges and delivers measurable savings without adding administrative burden for TPAs or internal benefits teams.

A better member experience with less friction

For employees undergoing infusion therapy, care is often complex enough without added barriers. Leap’s nationwide network and streamlined care coordination improve convenience, reduce disruption, and support adherence—leading to better outcomes and fewer downstream complications.

Strengthening a platform employers already rely on

Castlight’s navigation platform is widely trusted to guide employees to high-quality, high-value care. Integrating Leap’s specialized infusion solution enhances that experience, giving TPAs and benefits leaders a more complete and actionable way to manage one of the most challenging components of pharmacy and medical spend.

We’re proud to partner with Castlight to bring employers and their members a more predictable, transparent, and human-centered approach to infusion care.
